Speaking
I have experience speaking at conferences, graduations, sports team meetings, camps, and educational settings. I enjoy motivating individuals to exceed expectations, to build healthy relationships for learning environments, and to value the importance of culture no matter your setting. Topics can be designed around your needs and context.
Training
I have experience training in natural learning styles, leadership frameworks, classroom culture frameworks, and mentoring methods. Session can be designed for single or multiple presentations to fit your needs and goals. I have presented in both national and international settings.
Trips
I am a firm believer in the use of outdoor settings to create experiences from which learning can be maximized. When we experience life outside of our comfort zone, we are best poised to face the needs we have for growth and maturity. I have experience using canoeing, backpacking, and obstacle course venues to achieve these learning objectives. Trip length, location, and design can be tailored to fit your needs.
